Smartsheet Gov: Custom subjects and descriptions for automated request forms

January 14, 2020 - The custom subject and message that you can already add to automated update and approval request messages will now also be included at the top of the request form itself. Adding targeted messaging/instructions to the form will provide greater clarity and help stakeholders respond to requests faster.
